Baton-Ages 5 +

During this 1 hour class students will learn baton terminology and basic twirling skills while developing hand-eye coordination and wrist flexibility.  Emphasis is on proper form and hand placement.  Students will also learn simple dance twirl combinations as well as parade and recital routines.  This class is designed so that students can work at their own pace and receive individual attention based on their skill level.  At HDC all classes are taught by highly qualified adult instructors.  All costumes, movements and music are age appropriate.
