Tumble III - All ages

During this 1 hour class students  will learn the proper technique and execution of cartwheels, round-offs and the beginning techniques of standing back handsprings and round-off back handsprings. Students may also learn and strengthen proper technique of standing and running back handspring series and proper technique of round-off back handspring back tucks.  This class is designed so that students get individual attention based on their skill level.   All HDC classes are taught by highly qualified adult instructors.  All costumes, movement and music is age appropriate.

Attire: comfortable clothing you can move in
