Recital Costumes & Packets
Recital costumes and information packets will go home the week of March 12th. You will need to pick up your child’s costume so they will have it for pictures. It is IMPORTANT that your read all the information thoroughly. If you will not be attending the dress rehearsal and/or show with your dancer, it is your responsibility to make sure that the information is given to the responsible party. The recital information will be listed on the website under event info after April 1.
Please do not let your children wear or play in their costumes before the spring show as we cannot replace damaged costumes. If you feel a costume should be altered, please bring it in to the studio and do not attempt to alter it yourself as we will not be able to get a replacement.
Picture Information
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday classes will take pictures at your scheduled class time.
Thursday 5:00 Ballet class, Twirl & Dance Heroes will take pictures on Monday at 5:30.
NO parents will be allowed in the room where pictures are taken. No exceptions. Please have students have come dressed in costumes for pictures. They should bring a change of clothes for class as they will practice if time allows.
Recital Tickets
Each family will receive 2 tickets to the Spring Recital and 1 dress rehearsal ticket. The rehearsal is closed to the public. You must come in the studio and sign for your tickets. Additional tickets will go on sale April 2 for $8.00
WANT TO SAVE $$$ ON NEXT YEAR’S TUITION
For every 3 new students you refer to HDC for the fall 2012 season you will receive $10.00 of your monthly tuition for the entire year. The new students need to be enrolled and paid current by September 4, 2012 in order to receive the discount on tuition. Beginning September 5, 2012 we will resume our current referral program.
Interested in becoming an Assistant
You must be entering the 8th grade and be available for training during summer classes. Please see Heidi if you are interested.

Assistants of the Month
Sydney Edwards
Sydney is an 8th grader at Barry School where she maintains a 3.75 GPA. She is involved with PTSA and plays the clarinet. Sydney has been a student at HDC for 12 years and is a member of the Hero Twirl Team. This is her 1st year as an assistant.
Courtney Quinn
Courtney is a freshman at Park Hill South High School and has a 4.0 GPA. She is the feature twirler for the Panthers Marching Band. Courtney is also a member of Heidi’s Heroes Twirl Team. She has been an HDC student for 11 year and assisting for 2 years.
